    Place 2kgs seedless grapes in a large bowl.
    Mix ¾ cup liquid honey, ¾ cup brandy and 2 tbsps lemon juice and pour over grapes
    Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours, stirring once or twice.
    Serve with sour cream.
