Description

Use fully ripe fruit. Remove the seeds and puree to a pulp.

jackfruit puree
3⁄4 cups
white sugar

Instructions

Boil jackfruit puree and white sugar with constant stirring until thick and clear.
Pack while hot in sterilized jars and seal tightly.
